Create:

- page data
- layout registry
- QR metadata
- package validation

Then stop.

## STEP 5 — Shared visuals

For each STORY:
- select/source image
- verify source
- archive rights/credit

For each SCENE:
- define modules
- source/generate modular assets
- build live HTML/CSS layout
- visually audit

Then stop.

## STEP 6 — Shared issue assembly / QA

Render all 32 pages.

Check:
- sequence
- pacing
- text/image collisions
- visual consistency
- print and digital behavior

Then stop.

## STEP 7 — Master reader

Create one complete personalized edition.

Do not automate yet.

Then stop.

## STEP 8 — Scale

Only after the master reader is approved:
- automate
- batch
- optimize
- generate more readers
